Reasons Why
This book has many reasons to read it. It is a love story, between two friends. It's a friendship with two people that come from different worlds. It has a little sadness and grief, and it also has a lot of sports related topics. If you are the kind of person that enjoys seeing to people that are made for each other and loving being together, this is a wonderful book for you to read. Findly and Erin have an ongoing romance through the whole story.
Every day Findly and Erin work on basketball together and then go on top of Findly’s roof and lay there snuggling with each other. Another reason why you should read this book is, you see two people that have come from separate backgrounds and still find things in common and become good friends over them. Findly is from a lower class family and Russ is from a higher class family. One large thing that these two individuals share is that they have both lost someone that has a huge impact in their lives. After coach units the two and they start talking more, they found out that no matter where you come from you can always relate to someone. In addition, there is also some grief in this book too. Russ has lost both of his parents do to murder. Having this loss, has a huge impact on Russ's life. This book slowly tells you how Russ is getting use to and overcoming his losses. The last great reason why you should read this book is there is a lot of talk about basketball. If you are a person that loves basketball this is a wonderful book for you.
